1. Orders & Processing Time

• All items are made-to-order in small batches.

• Please allow up to 7 days of processing before your item is ready for shipping or pickup.

• For custom cake orders, processing time begins once your order form is submitted and confirmed.

2. Pickup & Delivery

• Baked goods: Local pickup available at a designated ghost kitchen location in [City/Area – TBD].

• Cakes: Pickup only. These items are not eligible for shipping due to their delicate nature.

• Pickup date and location details will be shared via email upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping

• Shipping is currently available locally only, and only for select baked goods.

• Once shipped, items typically arrive in 3–5 business days.

• Pomponettes is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

5. Allergens & Ingredients

• Our products may contain eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, nuts, or other allergens.
